Our Approach
Inspired by the Myers' Cocktail

Before his death in 1984, Dr. John Myers successfully treated 100s of patients with chronic diseases with the now known to be 'Myers' Cocktail' recipe, a recipe that was officially published by Myers' colleague Dr. Alan Gaby.​

The 'Myers' Cocktail' consists of B vitamins, Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium, and sometimes Calcium. The combination is known to promote cellular support with regards to the immune system, energy production, hormonal balance, general inflammation, and more.

Whether it is good old fatigue, an acute viral infection, a chronic autoimmune disease, recurrent headaches, hormonal imbalances, mood changes, or aches and pains, the Myers' Cocktail has been clinically shown to alleviate symptoms of many acute and chronic disease. We believe that with a Myers' Cocktail alone we can alleviate at least some of the symptoms of almost any disease. 

This is where our approach comes in. Each patient's history, symptoms and goals are reviewed. We first adjust the ingredients and dosages of a Myers' Cocktail accordingly, and then add on to the Myers' when necessary.

For example, it is critical that when a patient is dehydrated, that his or her IV bag is not overly concentrated with nutrients; this can lead to worsened dehydration actually. With regards to headaches or migraines, we increase the dose of Magnesium, a known mineral to alleviate the symptoms of headaches. For post COVID19 fatigue, we add on Glutathione, an antioxidant known to improve COVID19 associated complications. And of course with nausea, we will add an anti-emetic like Zofran when clinically safe.
